During setup, choose what you would like support with and the days that fit your life. Breath Plus uses that intention to prepare a gentle week of practices. You can change your goal or schedule anytime.
The breathing timer, presets, colors, and voices are free to use. Breath Plus adds your personal plan, insights, custom practices, and iCloud sync. Eligible plans begin with a 7-day free trial.
Open Breath Plus and choose “Restore Purchases”. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you used for the original purchase. If it still doesn’t appear, email us and we’ll help.
Your practice stays on your device by default. If you enable iCloud sync, your selected Breath data is stored in your private iCloud database so it can appear on your Apple devices. We don’t use ads or third-party tracking, and we don’t have access to your Health data.
