Breath is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use through the App Store. You may not:
Breath Plus may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription. Its price, billing period, and any introductory trial are shown before you confirm a purchase in the App Store. If a free trial is offered, the subscription begins when that trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. The breathing timer, presets, colors, and voices remain free to use.
Breath is a general wellness tool, not medical advice or a substitute for professional care. Use it at your own pace, never while driving or in water, and stop if you feel dizzy, anxious, or unwell. The website and application are provided on an 'as is' basis. Breath makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Breath or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Breath's website, even if Breath or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Breath may revise these terms of service at any time. By continuing to use the website or application, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
